INVIDI Technologies announces new C-suite officer structure reflecting increasing client partnership roles and service delivery

Howard Fiderer, Niru Krishna, Prasad Sanagavarapu and Michael Kubin take on new titles and responsibilities; Krishna becomes connected TV industry rarity: female engineer chief innovation officer.

PRINCETON, NJ (December 8, 2021) – In keeping with its 20-year history of leading the industry, global addressable advertising solutions company INVIDI Technologies announced a new C-Suite structure to reflect its increased emphasis on guidance and development roles with clients.

Co-CEO and Global Chief Technology Officer Bruce Anderson and Co-CEO David Downey made the following appointments:

  • With the product line management and operations combining into a single team to meet market demands, Howard Fiderer has been promoted from Chief Product Officer to Chief Operating Officer. Howard will oversee the product line management, operations, deployment management, technical support and services, IT, and facilities. He has been with INVIDI for more than 13 years.
  • Niru Krishna becomes the highest-ranking female officer in INVIDI history with her promotion to Chief Innovation Officer, a rarity in the connected TV industry. Her vision has been instrumental in driving INVIDI’s growth to a best-in-class software organization over the last two decades, managing a diverse and talented team worldwide. She continues to pioneer the adoption of critical technologies helping INVIDI outperform the competition in the face of shifting market demands.
  • Prasad Sanagavarapu  transitions from SVP, Corporate Development, Emerging Markets to Chief Business Officer, overseeing a global sales team with expanded responsibilities including all business development functions supporting solution selling and integration, as well as the Customer Solutions team. Prasad is a business leader and technologist with a career spanning over two decades in the fields of content distribution, advertising, security, and media appliances. In his previous roles, Prasad provided strategy consulting to various payTV operators across APAC and Africa, with a particular focus on cross-screen monetization.
  • Global Communications will now report to EVP Media Michael Kubin, who has been at the forefront of promoting INVIDI innovation for 15 years. He is one of the industry’s most visible evangelists in convincing agencies and advertisers to adopt addressable television as part of their media plans. Kubin is deeply integral to the company’s global expansion, in particular to Latin America and Europe.

“Our customers are increasingly looking for trusted partners, not just vendors,” explains co-CEO Bruce Anderson. “They seek guidance in building a profitable advanced advertising business and assistance in developing their respective markets. Breaking down silos allows INVIDI to be more transparent and nimbler, and ultimately become more responsive and effective.”
