A 28 year veteran of cable TV operations and programming, Clay has extensive experience in new technology software sales. His introduction to cable television was with Continental Cablevision in Chicago. He later moved to Showtime Networks where he served as Regional Director of the Rocky Mountain Region. From there, he became the Managing Director for Millicom Satellite Television Services in Hong Kong where he built and operated private cable systems in Asia and was instrumental in founding the first Asia based trade organization, the Cable And Satellite Broadcasting Association of Asia (CASBAA). After that, he became the chief operating officer of Prevue International (TV Guide) then joined OpenTV where he served as the vice president of worldwide sales and affiliate marketing. He holds degrees from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, Arizona State University and William Jewell College.
